Program Manager

Role Overview

The Program Manager is responsible for promoting a companion-type AI utilization program specialized in the construction industry, leading human resource development and AI utilization in client companies. This position involves managing a three-year plan-based program, achieving client business transformation and company business expansion simultaneously.

What You Will Do

Overall management and promotion of the program, client-specific three-year roadmaps planning, yearly and multi-project cross-sectional progress management, integrated management of budget, schedule, resources, and risk, and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Project/program management experience
• Experience in leading year-long and large-scale projects to the goal in uncertain situations
• Construction and architectural design industry understanding
• Communication skills with a field perspective
• DX and AI literacy
• Ability to judge feasibility and limitations in business application
• Ability to educate, train, and cultivate new technology in the organization
