Requirements

• Serve as a subject-matter expert for the Networks-Xena portfolio
• Support sales teams in customer engagements
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions using Xena products
• Partner with product management to provide market feedback and competitive insights
• Develop and maintain technical collateral and competitive positioning
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to troubleshoot customer issues
• Participate in industry events, customer briefings, and internal training
