Sr. Project Manager

We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager to lead the development activities of engineering projects, providing leadership and direction to engineering staff, mentoring junior team members, and interacting with Product Management to define and control project requirements. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of project management experience, a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline
• 10+ years project/program management experience, managing and leading highly skilled technical teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills at all levels in a company; robust interpersonal skills with evidence of teamwork and collaboration
• Experience in coordinating cross-disciplinary project teams in a matrix management environment
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products including; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience with Lean Development desirable
