On-Site Field Engineer

Telelink Business Services is seeking an On-Site Field Engineer to support their Network Operations Team at a Lufthansa Technik location in Hamburg. The role requires a strong technical understanding and excellent communication skills in German and English. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, staging/configuring, and troubleshooting switches, wireless APs, power, and cabling, as well as authorization to work in compliance with airport security protocols.

Requirements

• Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) certification or similar
• Proven experience in installing, staging/configuring, and troubleshooting switches, wireless APs, power, and cabling (fiber and copper)
• Authorization and willingness to work in compliance with airport security protocols (background checks, badge access)
• Fluency in English - able to read manuals, report incidents, and collaborate with technical teams in English Language
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills
• High resilience and ability to organize and plan complex workflows and/or issues
