Customer Service Representative - Thai- Bangkok

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (Mono Thai) to join our team in Bangkok, handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service through calls, emails, and chat.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Thai language (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work onsite in TP Bangkok
• Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
