Training Supervisor - KL

The Training Supervisor will be responsible for constructing searches and reports, making recommendations, and defining strategies to solve critical business problems. The role also involves owning analysis and reports, packaging and delivering key findings, and conducting evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 1 years’ experience as QA in call center
• Proficiency in Mandarin & English in terms of written, reading and speaking
• Able to work on rotational shift (3 shift / 5 working days)
