Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of payroll experience.
- Hands-on experience with payroll and HRIS systems (preferably Workday).
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting, and data analysis.
- High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive data.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and process compliance.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
