Field Application Engineer

Telit is seeking a highly skilled Field Applications Engineer to support pre-sales activities, lead customer implementations of deviceWISE Edge, deviceWISE Cloud, and AI/Visual Inspection solutions, and collaborate with customers to achieve value quickly.

Requirements

• Partner with Sales to design and deliver high-impact demos, PoCs, and technical workshops.
• Translate customer use cases into solution architectures leveraging deviceWISE, Visual Inspection, AI pipelines, SPC integration, and cloud/edge orchestration.
• Lead customer onboarding, solution configuration, edge connectivity setup, logic development, and AI model integration.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in customer environments (edge, gateways, cloud, AI models).
• Work with Product Management and Engineering to validate new features, provide customer feedback, and test pre-release builds.
• Enable partners, system integrators, and customer engineering teams through training and documentation.
