
Job description
As a Success Engineer at telli, you will be the central contact for helping customers adopt our AI-powered voice agents. You will lead workshops and training sessions, onboard new units and use cases, and work with the account manager to identify expansion opportunities. You will also build, design, and refine AI agents, partner with engineering and customers, and track agent performance.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include account ownership, AI adoption and expansion, agent development and deployment, and systems and product feedback. You will work with customers to identify blockers and opportunities, debug technical problems, and translate customer needs into product feedback.
You will be a great fit if you have >2 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, are a confident communicator, and are technically hands-on with AI tooling. You should be able to juggle multiple priorities, have a customer-first mindset, and be an excellent communicator in English and German.
