Director, Delivery

Role Overview

As a Director, Delivery at TELUS Digital, you will manage a portfolio of clients, oversee the successful delivery of project work, coach squad/triforce leaders, and develop relationships with executive client leaders. This role reports to the Senior Director of the Digital Agency and is primarily evaluated on delivery success, team feedback, client feedback, growth of key accounts, forecast accuracy, and profitability of their portfolio.

10+ years in the technology industry, with at least 4+ years in a senior leadership role within a professional services or agency environment, proven track record managing a diverse portfolio of client accounts, extensive experience managing and coaching leaders, deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
