Deployment Engineer (Azure Specialist)

Role Overview

Temenos is seeking a detail-oriented Deployment Engineer to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our application deployments. You will be responsible for managing application packages, automating release pipelines, and ensuring high availability across our cloud environments.

What You Will Do

Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. Manage and scale cloud infrastructure across Dev, QA, Staging, and Production environments. Execute zero-downtime deployment strategies, including Blue/Green, Canary, and Rolling updates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of deep experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, AKS, Azure Functions, SQL Database)
• Expert-level proficiency in Azure Pipelines (YAML-based) or GitHub Actions
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS)
• Strong command of PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation tasks
• Familiarity with tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
