
Job description
The Senior ServiceNow Developer is responsible for playing a key role in the evolution of the ServiceNow platform from initial implementation to enterprise-wide adoption. The role goes beyond configuration and requires strong platform ownership, solution design capability, and close partnership with IT and business stakeholders to drive measurable improvements in IT experience, service quality, and automation.
Design and implement scalable, reusable ServiceNow solutions, develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, scripts, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform, lead complex development activities across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SAM, and HAM modules.
You should have 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM, and experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in large, multi-region enterprise environments.
