Azure Cloud Engineer

Role Overview

The Azure Cloud Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and supporting Azure-based cloud infrastructure and services. This role will focus on delivering scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions while partnering across IT teams to modernize infrastructure, improve performance, and ensure operational excellence.

What You Will Do

Design, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure services, develop and maintain cloud architecture standards, implement and manage Azure Active Directory, and leverage Azure Monitor and automation tools to streamline operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science OR equivalent experience
• Preferred 5–8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or cloud engineering
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud platforms
• Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305) preferred
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Familiarity with networking, security, and hybrid cloud environments
