Receiving - Forklift Operator

Role Overview

The Receiver receives materials into the plant, operates a forklift, and scans materials into inventory. This role requires working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with flexible hours, including overtime and Saturdays.

What You Will Do

Unload materials from semi-trailers, operate a forklift, scan materials into inventory, and move materials to storage areas.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must be able to work in a non-airconditioned environment, lift up to 50 pounds, and work flexible hours. Excellent attendance and reliability are required.

Requirements

• Continuous sitting while operating a forklift
• Continuous use of arms, hand and legs to operate a forklift
• Occasional mounting and dismounting of the forklift
• Must be able to work in a non-airconditioned environment
• Must be able to work flexible hours (required overtime and Saturdays)
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Frequent walking, squatting, turning, twisting, pushing, bending, etc. in a fast paced, high volume manufacturing environment
• Excellent attendance—must be reliable and punctual
• Must be 18 years of age or older
