We’re hiring a Service & Repair Manager to lead our Lakeland shop - someone who knows pumps, understands how repairs actually get done, and isn’t afraid to jump in and get their hands dirty when needed. This is a player-coach role. You’ll be leading the team, setting the pace in the shop, and making sure work is done right - but you’ll also be working alongside your technicians at times, helping troubleshoot, reviewing tear-downs, and stepping in on more complex rebuilds when it matters.

- Experience leading or supervising repair technicians and/or machinists
- Background in an OEM-authorized repair center, distributor, manufacturer rep, and/or MRO environment preferred
- Strong understanding of how a repair shop actually runs - scheduling, workflow, parts, execution, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities without losing control of quality or timelines
- Strong organization, follow-through, and decision-making
- Understands how service work impacts pricing, margins, and overall shop performance
