Site Reliability Engineer Intern

Role Overview

As a Site Reliability Engineer Intern, you will work with the Tencent IEG organization to eliminate toil, build tooling, and automate repetitive tasks. You will collaborate with fellow engineers and studios representatives to design and implement new technical product solutions.

What You Will Do

You will analyze, research, and document new technical solutions to meet the needs of Tencent Games. You will also work on cloud native engineering skills and be familiar with Linux and Container Schedulers (Kubernetes).

Requirements

• Working towards a Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering
• Fluent in one or more programming languages (e.g. Go, Python, Java, C++)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated, self-learner, and technically inquisitive
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interest in developing cloud native engineering skills
• Familiar with Linux and Container Schedulers (Kubernetes)
• Experience with online computer / mobile / console games
• Experiences with AI technologies
