
Job description
As a Technical Account Manager at Tencent Cloud, you will serve as a trusted advisor to key accounts, leveraging your deep understanding of their business scenarios to provide tailored solutions using Tencent Cloud products. You will address technical issues, optimize business structures, and assist in expanding operations, maintaining close communication with clients to gain insights and suggest improvements.
Possess a deep understanding of business scenarios for key accounts to align with Tencent Cloud products and solutions. Assist customers in resolving technical issues, optimizing business structures, and expanding operations. Provide proactive services to foresee and prevent technical problems.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field. Relevant public cloud certifications are highly preferred. Minimum of 5 years in public cloud technical roles with direct client-facing experience.
