Assistant Manager

The Assistant General Manager assists the General Manager in all areas of restaurant operations, ensuring safety, security, financial results, and employee performance. This role involves supervising shifts, managing employee performance, maintaining financial controls, and assisting with sales forecasting. The position requires a commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum of 21 years of age
• Customer service orientation
• Effective communication with staff and guests
• Experience in a restaurant as a manager (2+ years preferred)
• Serv-Safe certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
