Job Description
This Food Production position assists in kitchen areas of a restaurant to ensure food quality, service standards, cleanliness, recipes, and food production. Responsibilities include food preparation, cooking, and adhering to kitchen policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Follows procedures to ensure quality products are made to recipes and specifications.
- Works on Dish, Fryers, Grills, Food Prep and expeditor positions to prepare all food according to standards.
- Participates in all required training programs, marketing programs and new store openings.
- Must be able to lift up to 50# and perform all functions of all hourly kitchen positions.
- Able to work all shifts necessary to operate.
- Availability to work all shifts necessary to operate.
- Basic computer skills.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, full-service restaurant
