Tennant Company is seeking a Sr. Manager Environment, Health & Safety, North America to lead strategy, execution, and continuous improvement across operations. The role will drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS programs across North America, ensuring alignment with corporate standards while addressing regional and site-specific needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive EHS experience in a multi-site industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or transportation environment
- Proven experience in operations safety, fleet safety, and distribution center (DC) safety
- Deep knowledge of DOT compliance, OSHA, EPA, and related EHS regulations
- Demonstrated experience conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and performance improvement
- Proven ability to train, coach, and communicate safety programs effectively across diverse teams
- Ability to influence and achieve results through collaboration without direct authority
- Excellent computer and systems proficiency; strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
