Tensec is seeking an Office Manager to oversee the operational backbone of its Palo Alto office, with reach into Brazil and Mexico teams. The role involves managing day-to-day office operations, creating a great visitor and candidate experience, and coordinating events and culture moments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of office management, operations coordination, or executive assistant experience
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Warm, proactive communicator
• Experience managing vendors, facilities, or event logistics
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and basic expense tracking
