Terminix is seeking a Service Manager to lead and motivate our local Pest Technician Teams to provide outstanding service delivery of Terminix products to our valued customers. Responsibilities include monitoring branch scheduling, ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards, responding to customer concerns, inspecting and evaluating the performance of Pest Technicians, and facilitating continual training of local sales and service teams.

Requirements

• Associate's degree
• Valid driver's license
• 1-2 years of related experience (optional)
• Willingness to relocate (desirable)
