Outside Sales Professional

We are seeking an Outside Sales Professional to sell pest management services and products to new and existing residential customers while maintaining customer-focused service to grow the business. The role involves assessing customers' needs, providing expert knowledge, and proposing solutions to protect homes and families. The ideal candidate will have strong social, customer service, and communication skills, as well as experience in pest technician or sales.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license from current state of residence
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills
• 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience
• Ability to travel up to 100% of the time within assigned territory(s)
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. regularly and 11-20 lbs. frequently
• Ability to move around regularly, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
