We are seeking a Service Manager to lead and motivate our local Pest Technician Teams to provide outstanding service delivery of Terminix products to our valued customers.
Requirements
- An associate's degree (A four year degree is highly desirable)
- Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence
- 1-2 years of related experience is very helpful, but not required
- Willingness to relocate is highly desirable
- Strong communications skills – impersonal, written, presenting
- Problem solving and coming up with practical solutions
- Building rapport easily and establishing trust with customers and employees
- Detail oriented and understanding the importance of safety
- Good aptitude for basic/intermediate math-- necessary for doing calculations related to sales and service
- Comfortable working outside and in confined spaces like crawl spaces and attics when necessary
