Terra AI is looking for a Chief of Staff to provide operational support and drive strategic initiatives for the company's CEO. The ideal candidate will have experience in a relevant role at an early-stage B2B / AI / Tech startup, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and driving organizational initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a relevant role at early stage B2B / AI / Tech startup (Chief of Staff, Business Development, Sales & Partnerships, People, Operations)
- Experience at high growth startup (post product-market fit) is a plus
- B.S degree in related field is a must
- Ability to come to co-working space (Sunnyvale, CA) 3 days / week is a must
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving organizational initiatives.
- Experience in Mineral Exploration & Mining or Geology is a plus
