Autonomous Construction Operator

Role Overview

Join our field operations team as an Autonomous Construction Operator, responsible for mixing material, operating our robotic construction system, and pushing construction progress on residential jobsites. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable working with tools and equipment, and able to support daily field operations with minimal supervision.

What You Will Do

Safely operate and monitor robotic system in outdoor field environments, mix and deliver adobe material to Terraformer, operate small equipment, and perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on equipment.

Requirements

• Mechanically inclined with hands-on experience using tools or equipment
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physically capable of lifting, standing, and performing field work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work assigned shifts
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local commute preferred)
