Legal & Business Affair Counsel

As a Legal and Business Affairs Counsel, you will play a key role in providing legal support and strategic advice to our organization. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of legal matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, intellectual property rights, licensing agreements, compliance, and risk management.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction
• 7+ years of experience as a practicing attorney in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Strong knowledge of contract law, intellectual property law, and commercial transactions
• Experience in the entertainment industry or related fields is preferred
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality in work
