TerrAscend is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to promote, sell, and support its portfolio of products to new and existing clients in Central New Jersey. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of B2B or retail sales experience and a strong understanding of the cannabis industry.
Requirements
- Present, promote, and sell TerrAscend's products and services to existing and new customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships to ensure long-term sales opportunities
- Monitor competition by gathering information on pricing, products, market presence, etc.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on the marijuana industry in general
- Partner with Supply Chain team and TerrAscend grow and process teams to ensure efficient supply to meet demand
- Weekly and monthly reporting on KPIs, benchmarks, and ongoing sales pipeline
- Meet and exceed company weekly and monthly metrics and KPIs
- Expand TerrAscend's market share and reach within designated territory
