Tes is looking for an Analytics Engineer to be an instrumental part of their data transformation journey. As an Analytics Engineer, you will work closely with the wider data team and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data solutions that meet real business needs. You will build and maintain robust data pipelines and transformation logic, ensure data is clean and reliable, and analyze datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
Requirements
- Strong SQL skills with demonstrable real-world experience
- Hands-on experience with dbt and modern ELT/ETL tools (e.g. Fivetran)
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and transformation layers
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data
- Experience with BI and visualisation tools (e.g. Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Agile mindset, with experience delivering iterative, value-driven solutions
