Procurement Manager

Role Overview

As a Procurement Manager at Tessenderlo Kerley, you will develop and lead procurement strategies, implement best-in-class purchasing processes, and advise Senior Leadership. You will have a broad range of procurement experience and deep knowledge of the supplier value proposition for raw materials.

What You Will Do

Develop and lead all TKI procurement and purchasing strategies, coach and mentor team members, identify and recommend investments to improve competitive advantage, and understand the raw material supplier value chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related area
• At least 5 years of procurement experience
• Chemical/Process Industry background with experience purchasing raw materials
• Leadership aptitude to create momentum and foster organizational change
• Strong project, process, and people management skills
