Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, partner with hiring managers, source and engage high-quality candidates, manage pipelines and interviews, and use data to drive hiring outcomes.
This role is perfect for someone with 5+ years of recruiting experience in tech and/or startup environments, proven success hiring Engineering talent, and strong sourcing and stakeholder partnership skills.
