Job description
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple internal and external sources. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Partner with product and engineering teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear, data-driven narratives. Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database management. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
