We are looking for a Production Engineer to contribute in the development of new manufacturing processes and production equipment and further development and optimization of existing ones. The Production Engineer will also seamless transfer new products from development into series production and provide proactive technical production support.
Requirements
- Completed university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical field
- Several years (5 years) of experience in manufacturing, industrial process development, precision assembly, or related engineering fields
- Preferable industry experience from Pharma/Medical or Automotive
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is beneficial
- Knowledge in continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, and improvement management systems
- Solid industrial experience in manufacturing process improvement, optimization and the industrialization of new products into series production
- Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies, materials, and production workflows
- Knowledge of robotics, automation systems and programming tools used in modern manufacturing environments
- Experience with joining technologies (e.g., brazing, laser welding) and vacuum process technology
- Additional technical certifications or specialization in relevant process technologies are advantageous
