We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer / Production Engineer to lead continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor by combining manufacturing techniques with strong knowledge of the Tetra Pak product portfolio. In this role, you will be an individual contributor who will act as the key link between production and engineering, driving technical excellence, improving processes, and developing shop floor capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Automation or related fields preferred)
- 1 – 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment, doing continuous improvement activities using related methodologies, process documentation and working with operators and shop floor.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong technical knowledge of processing equipment and technical skills
- Solid understanding of manufacturing techniques, tools, and methodologies
- Analytical mindset with structured problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of PLC programming is considered a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and support shop floor teams
- Good AutoCAD knowledge
