Performs advanced (senior-level) heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) mechanic work. Repairs, maintains and services base equipment and component parts in units such as heating, air conditioning, ventilating and power distribution systems. Performs general maintenance work in all areas of the building trades, such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.
Requirements
- Graduation from a standard senior high school or equivalent
- Four (4) years of experience installing, repairing, and/or maintaining heating, ventilation, cooling, and refrigeration equipment/systems
- EPA Certification
- HVAC Technician registration
- Valid driver's license
- Microsoft applications (such as Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel)
