Performs highly complex (senior-level) grounds and building maintenance and construction work, maintaining the appearance of grounds and repairing buildings, utility systems, and stationary equipment.
Requirements
- Graduation from a standard senior high school or equivalent (GED)
- Three (3) years’ experience in building maintenance and repair work
- Experience using Microsoft Office (such as Outlook, Word, or Excel)
- Valid driver’s license
- Background Investigation
- Eligibility to Work in the U.S.
