Job Description
Texas Original Compassionate Cultivation is seeking a Cultivation Technician to support day-to-day cultivation operations at their production facility. The role involves executing assigned cultivation tasks, following established SOPs and safety protocols, and ensuring a clean and compliant cultivation environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, Horticulture, or related field or relevant experience
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in commercial cannabis cultivation, propagation, greenhouse, or related agricultural setting
- Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, and verbal directions
- Ability to work independently throughout the day in accordance with instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and cleanliness
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid state-issued TCUP badge
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Familiarity with plant tracking software and standard cultivation tools and equipment a plus
