Contracts Specialist

We are seeking a Contracts Specialist to provide support to contract management and directors in administering USG DoD contracts. The successful candidate will review and analyze solicitations, participate in bid/no bid decisions, and administer contracts of all types.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge and understanding of contracting principles and all contract types
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the federal acquisition process, USG DoD contracting principles and governing regulations (including FAR/DFAR)
• Experience in contract administration
• BA/BS degree in a related field
• 3 plus years’ experience with Federal DoD contracts preferred
• Actively pursuing professional certificates in Government contracts is a plus
• Ability to obtain security clearance a plus
• NCMA member preferred
