Industrial Designer

Textron Specialized Vehicles is seeking an Industrial Designer to develop and iterate sketches, renderings, 3D CAD models, and visual assets to bring product strategy concepts to life.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial design, Transportation Design, or related field required
• 2+ years of experience (5+ years with an associate's degree) required
• Familiarity in CAD software (NX preferred; SolidWorks, Rhino acceptable) required
• Strong rendering and visualization capability (KeyShot, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop) required
• Portfolio demonstrating concept ideation, 3D modeling, aesthetics, and user-centered design thinking required
• Experience generating early-stage concept options with speed and clarity required
• Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills required
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and iterate quickly required
• Understanding of ergonomics, human factors, and end-use environments required
