The Kautex Development Program is a 12-month minimum program that prepares participants for progression in the Engineering function. The program includes areas of skill building in Product Development, Validation, Innovation, Design, and Simulation, and participants will complete 3 distinct engineering sub-functional assignments. The program aims to prepare participants for readiness to the next level of Engineering responsibility and includes expert knowledge of the operational environment, performance coaching, and rewards model, technical skill development, and specialized training.
