Job description
TH Plastics, Inc. is seeking an experienced individual to set up and maintain the injection molding process and supervise hourly operators in the Bowling Green, Ohio molding division.
Assist the Shift Superintendent, assist with startups and troubleshooting of machines, optimize molding and robot conditions, complete shift reports, and load programs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with 2+ years of experience in injection molding as a process tech or similar position.
