Engineering Delivery Manager

Role Overview

The Engineering Delivery Manager will be responsible for the engineering activities of a program to deliver a flight control system to one of our clients. The team designs and integrates avionics suites, fly-by-wire flight control systems, SATCOM systems, and other innovative concepts for the regional and business aircraft markets.

What You Will Do

The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring the design and evolution of electronic hardware by both internal and external suppliers to Thales. They will ensure that developments meet the client's technical and performance requirements and are completed within the established budget and timeframe.

Requirements

• University degree in aeronautical engineering, software engineering, embedded systems, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in technical project management
• Experience in planning and monitoring engineering work
• Experience in the design and certification of equipment and embedded systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
