
Job description
As an Engineering Work Package Manager, you will be responsible for planning, controlling, and controlling engineering work packages in terms of costs, time, and quality. You will coordinate and lead multidisciplinary development teams and work closely with relevant interfaces.
Your main responsibilities will include defining and applying suitable processes, methods, and tools, monitoring progress based on KPIs, and actively managing risks and chances. You will also create reports, maintain project dashboards, and continuously optimize processes through lessons learned and improvement proposals.
We are looking for a candidate with completed studies in (business) engineering or (business) informatics and relevant experience in technical project or work package management. You should have very good German and English skills, experience in controlling hardware and/or software development projects, and a structured, independent working style.
