
Job description
As an IT Onsite Support Engineer at Thales in Ulm, Germany, you will ensure IT operation at the location, administer local IT systems, and resolve disturbances in hardware and software. You will also support specialist departments and create documentation.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing and resolving IT issues, administering local IT systems, and performing Windows client installations and configurations.
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong technical understanding of IT infrastructures, good communication and coordination skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
