
Job description
The Salesforce Administrator will be a critical functional technology partner supporting Thales’s Sales Operations, Support, Marketing, and Finance departments. This position will play a key role in assessing, deploying, supporting and improving business systems that deliver best in class technology experiences for both internal stakeholders and Thales’ customers.
Troubleshoot Salesforce issues, design and implement solutions, collaborate with teams on projects, participate in agile development processes, prepare and execute mass data uploads, and ensure technical documentation.
This role requires strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
