Job Description
The Aerospace Corporation is seeking an Electromechanical Controls Engineer to join their Vehicle Systems Division. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and 3 years of applicable experience. Responsibilities include conducting technical studies, verifying contractor designs, and communicating findings with government customers and contractors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
- 3 years of applicable professional or educational experience
- Proficiency in laboratory experimentation, test strategy development, experiment design, and integration and testing
- Experience with electronics, mechanical design, control systems, inertial sensors, and actuators applicable to spacecraft and/or launch vehicles
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance
