Executive Director

The Centre for Creative Arts in Grande Prairie is seeking an Executive Director to oversee operations, programs, and strategic direction, with a focus on community impact and sustainable growth.

Requirements

• University or College degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of management or leadership experience considered an asset
• Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and reporting practices
• Experience working with Boards, governance structures, or non-profit organizations is an asset
• Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of human resource practices including recruitment and performance management
• Passion for arts, culture, and community engagement
