AVP - Fund Integration Team

Role Overview

The AVP - Fund Integration Team will manage the conversion of Closed-Ended Funds from other accounting applications to eFront, Investran, Geneva, Allvue, Paxus, and Yardi. The role will involve reviewing fund formation documents, establishing plans for new client/Fund setup, and complex structures. The AVP will also be responsible for managing work allocation among the team, ensuring backup and BCP plans are in place, and identifying process improvement techniques to improve efficiency and team productivity.

What You Will Do

The AVP will be responsible for managing end-to-end conversion of Closed-Ended Funds, reviewing the work of team members, providing feedback for improvement, and developing customized reports in Investran, Paxus, and eFront to support client requirements. The role will also involve liaising with onshore teams, clients, and auditors, and implementing fund structures and static data onto accounting systems.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in understanding Private Equity & Real Assets Structures
• Experience working in Fund Accounting, NAV calculation, and Financial Statement preparation of Private Equity/Real Estate/Hybrid Funds
• Analytical and Creative thinking, decision making, input seeking, logical thinking, solution finding and challenge assumptions
• Experience in Transition of PERE and Hybrid Funds from onshore locations
• Team Management Experience and problem-solving skills
• Good work experience in Bank debt and loan debt instruments with other Closed-Ended instruments
• Worked on onboarding new clients and develop reporting templates for the clients
• Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects
• Good Experience in handling the client relationships and should be good in written and oral communication
• Relevant Experience – Minimum 9 years of experience preferably into PERE and Hybrid Funds
