
Job description
The Senior Associate Level 2 will perform BAU activities in the Transfer Agency Department to ensure Client Service Level Agreements are consistently met and regulatory requirements are effectively met. The role requires flexibility to work in 24*7 environments and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Process Financial & Non-Financial transactions, identify and resolve problems, complete archiving of investor and client documentation, and work on initiatives/Ad-hoc requirements as per business needs.
The ideal candidate should have prior Transfer Agency processing experience, strong analytical skills, and ability to navigate proficiently in a windows environment. They should also have strong knowledge of Microsoft excel & word, and ability to write messages in a clear and concise manner.
