News Editor, Reader and Support Strategy

The Associated Press is seeking a News Editor, Reader and Support Strategy to lead the development of AP's reader donations program, set the vision and strategy for donor-facing communication, and manage a small team of editorial fundraisers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in editorial, digital fundraising, or audience engagement
• 2+ years in a management or strategy role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of building or scaling a reader-revenue or donor program
